2. Products & Orders

All keg orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. PourZero is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Keg Deposits & Returns

Kegs are shipped as standard 1/6 barrel Sankey kegs. Deposit and return policies vary by order type. Contact your account manager or email us for details on keg return logistics and any applicable deposit fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - is owned by PourZero or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PourZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
