Here's exactly where we ship, how it works, and what to expect.
United States & Canada
Outside the continental U.S.? If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or international, reach out and we'll tell you what's possible and what it costs.
All PourZero business kegs are:
If you can pour beer or cold brew, you can pour our NA kegs. We'll confirm compatibility before your first shipment.

We want you to know when your kegs show up, not guess.
If you have a hard event date, tell us up front and we'll schedule backwards to protect service.
Pricing note: Shipping and freight are quoted per order based on destination, total weight / pallet count, and required delivery timing. We pass through our rates; shipping is listed separately from keg pricing.
If you're near our home base in Indiana:
Ask us if you're eligible for the local swap program when you request pricing.
To get the best pour:
Store kegs cold on arrival (walk-in cooler or dedicated fridge).
Keep kegs upright during storage.
Let kegs settle after transport before tapping.
We provide a simple setup & serving guide with every first order and are available for questions on foaming, gas, and pour quality.

Shelf life varies by product type, but general guidelines:
Unopened (stored cold)
1-6 months
depending on style
Once tapped
30-120 days
in typical bar/cafe/office conditions
We'll include recommended shelf life for each keg style on your order and can walk you through planning based on your volume.
If anything shows up damaged or doesn't pour right:
Take photos of the keg, box, and label.
Email us at support@pourzero.com with your order number and what happened.
We'll replace or credit qualifying kegs and work with you to fix the root issue (shipping, gas, temp, etc.).
Our goal is simple: kegs that show up on time and pour clean. If that doesn't happen, we fix it.
If you're:
…reach out and we'll map it out with you.
Tell us about your locations and we'll confirm service area, lead times, and freight options for your keg program.
